John grew up in a very small town in Kentucky in a very loving family. He chased a childhood dream and joined the US Marine Corps after college only to be medically discharged just prior to graduation. His time on Parrish Island gave me a taste of the disciplined life that he wanted to live. After his Marine experience, he was hired as a police officer where he graduated at the top of his class. He moved up the ranks quickly and earned a spot in the warrants division, spending one year on both a DEA US Marshalls task force.
In 2000, he decided to chase another dream of living in paradise and moved to Florida. He was living a great Iife as a civilian/Realtor. In 2008, at age 38, he made an important decision to re-enlist in the military to support my family. Saying goodbye to my wife, 3 year old daughter and 3 month old son was tough, but coming home from deployment was even tougher for him! He served 371 days in Afghanistan and came back to civilian life in 2012 only to struggle like so many Veterans.
Today, he owns and operates a successful real estate company where he has a special Veteran program which gives back to Veterans and first responders.
He owes his success to adpting a "Never Give Up" attitude!
